Friendly staff at the front desk.
My stay was marred by a broken air conditioning unit in my room, which made it unbearably noisy throughout the night. Even though we requested a room change, the initial situation was quite frustrating. Additionally, the lack of cleanliness in my friend's bathroom further detracted from our experience.

Central location next to UPenn, well-equipped fitness center, library/lounge area with a bar
Valet parking fees are confusing and overpriced!!! Multiple guests mentioned issues with cleanliness and noise disturbances from nearby events!!! Staff responsiveness could be improved to feel more accommodating!!!

missingWrote a review on Jul 13comfortable roomsupdated technologyvalet parkingcleanliness issues
Valet parking makes managing your vehicle a breeze, though it does come at a fine price of $43 plus tax, which felt like highway robbery. I particularly enjoyed the comfy and accommodating rooms, equipped with updated technology and wide variety of pillows for a good night's rest.
Check-in felt overpriced for what was delivered. managing room entry became a frustrating adventure as it often took multiple attempts to unlock the door. While my room seemed tidy, the carpet revealed some unwelcome surprises, like a leftover toenail from a previous guest, indicating a possible lapse in the cleaning department. Sounds from nearby happenings disrupted the peace more than once, making it less than ideal for catching a solid night's sleep.

The Hilton offered an excellent stay during my work trip to Philadelphia. The room was comfortable, clean, and allergen-friendly, allowing for a restful night. The proximity to the conference center was ideal, with just a short Uber ride required. I enjoyed breakfast in the University Club, where the variety of options and fresh ingredients set a positive tone for the day. Additionally, the staff were attentive and responsive to all requests during my stay.
Limited dining options in the lobby area.

Great location with friendly vibes!
I had such a comforting stay here, right next to the University of Pennsylvania. The staff were genuinely engaged and made us feel welcomed from the moment we checked in. The room was spacious and clean, and I especially appreciated the modern amenities, including the in-room tablet for easy service requests. Improvements could be made in the reactive approach of the management when handling minor issues, but overall, it was a lovely visit.

Our stay was just perfect! The King room was very spacious, allowing my infant to roam around comfortably. One downside was the shower temperature issues. Overall, I would absolutely come back!

missingWrote a review on May 06comfortable roomfriendly staffmissing bathtubincompatible lightingunpleasant odor
Clean and well-maintained with a comfortable King room made our visit much easier, especially as we were there for our son's cardiac evaluation. The friendly staff contributed positively to our experience. However, the room lacked a bathtub, and the dimming switch was hard to use due to incompatible bulb types. Additionally, the shower water had an unpleasant odor, which detracted from the stay.
